Community Maintenance Team
Central City Concern employs a team of individuals to provide maintenance, painting, pest control and minor repairs to its housing and program properties. These employees are often successful graduates of Central City Concern's programs.
If you are a tenant, please inform your building's front desk staff of a cleaning/repair need. Tenants may also download a work order and submit it to the front desk. A Community Maintenance Team member will be dispatched generally within 48 hours. Clients at program locations may inform staff.
