Central City Concern is a proven and experienced developer, owner and manager of housing and medical facilities for very low-income people. We currently own and/or manage nearly 1,700 units of housing and several medical facilities across 23 buildings throughout the Portland metropolitan area. These projects include historic renovations, use conversions, and new construction. CCC specializes in mixed-financing developments including New Market and Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, and a variety of local and federal funding sources. Specializing in sustainable development practices and energy-efficient retrofits, many of CCC’s development programs have received LEED Gold ratings.
In July 2018, Central City Concern was recognized as "Best Affordable Housing Developer" by DJC Oregon's Reader Ranking Awards.
