Blackburn Center brings together Central City Concern’s signature housing, health care and employment services, all under one roof. Our health care clinic delivers high-quality, evidence-based care, with an emphasis on addiction recovery, mental health services and primary care. Through our integrated approach, patients receive treatment from comprehensive care teams that work together to meet their needs.

Insurance & Payment

We accept:

  • Oregon Health Plan (including CareOregon, OMAP and other Medicaid)
  • Medicare
  • Self-pay (payment assistance available for patients living on low incomes)
  • Some private insurance
  • Don't have insurance? We can help you sign up for Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or Medicare coverage!

Uninsured patients are welcome. No patient will be turned away for lack of insurance or inability to pay.

About Central City Concern

Central City Concern (CCC) helps those struggling with life’s biggest problems to end or avoid homelessness and build healthy, resilient and engaged lives. CCC is a 501©(3) nonprofit agency serving single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. Founded in 1979, the agency have developed a comprehensive continuum of affordable housing options integrated with direct social services including health care, recovery and employment.
