Central City Concern is accepting pre-applications for units with project-based Section 8 subsidy at Cambridge Court.  To be considered for the waiting list, submit your completed and signed Cambridge Court Section 8 Pre-Application either in-person or by email as follows:

• Email.  Send you completed and signed pre-application to cccsec8wait@ccconcern.org
• In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland, OR  97209.  Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols.
• Applicants may receive preference on the waiting list if referred by a Family ADFC Network (FAN) partner organization.  Each organization on the list will have the forms necessary to confer preference on the waitlist and will refer pre-applicants as needed.

Pets are not allowed at Cambridge Court.  Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

Eligibility and screening

• A security deposit is not required at Cambridge Court.
• The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.

Units at the Cambridge Court are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
