The Shoreline Building is a three-story community located in the Old Town neighborhood of Portland. The building consists of 62 single room occupancy units, all of which participate in CCC’s Parole Transitions program.

All units are filled through referrals made by the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice through the Parole Transitions program.

Eligibility and screening

  • Tenants are referred through the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice.

Units at the Shoreline Building are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
