Central City Concern is a proven and experienced developer, owner and manager of housing and medical facilities for very low-income people. We currently own and/or manage nearly 1,600 units of housing and several medical facilities across 23 buildings throughout the Portland metropolitan area. These projects include historic renovations, use conversions, and new construction. CCC specializes in mixed-financing developments including New Market and Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, and a variety of local and federal funding sources. Specializing in sustainable development practices and energy-efficient retrofits, CCC’s most recent development is slated to achieve a LEED Gold rating.

Impact
In 2011, CCC completed construction of a new healthcare facility generating 200+ jobs and it began energy upgrade projects on a number of existing buildings.
